Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These terms govern the contracting of the web design, SEO, advertising and digital marketing services offered by Tanke Marketing Digital.

Scope of services

The scope of each service is the one described in the proposal or package contracted. Any work outside that scope is quoted separately and requires your prior approval.

Client obligations

Provide accurate information, copy, images, access and approvals within a reasonable time. Delays in delivering material may delay execution.

Advertising

For advertising services, the ad budget is set and paid by the client directly to the platform (Google or Meta). Tanke Marketing Digital invoices only its setup, configuration, management and optimization fees. Ad accounts are registered in the client's name.

No guarantee of results

Services are provided with professional diligence, but sales, number of customers, search rankings and profitability are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond our control.

Ownership

Once the corresponding payments are settled, the website and the accounts set up become the client's property.

Payments

Prices are shown with VAT included. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Non-payment may suspend the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law.
