Recurring Payments Policy

Subscription

Website maintenance, Google Ads and Meta Ads work as a monthly subscription.

Billed in advance

Each monthly fee is billed in advance, at the start of the period it covers.

First payment

For Google Ads and Meta Ads, the first payment includes setup plus the first month of management. For the website, the first payment is the development, and monthly maintenance starts afterwards.

Payment method

Charges are processed by card through Conekta. You authorize the recurring charges when you hire. We do not store your full card data.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, it is retried and we notify you. If it is not resolved, the service may be suspended until it is brought up to date.

Price changes

If the price of a service changes, we notify you in advance. The new price is never applied retroactively to a period already charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. See the Cancellation Policy.
