How to cancel
You may request cancellation of any recurring service at any time, through the contact form or your client area when available.
Effect of cancellation
The service stays active until the end of the monthly period already paid. From that date there are no new charges and management stops.
Payments already made
Monthly fees already charged cover work and management for the current period and are non-refundable, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Setup and initial payment
Web development and campaign setup amounts cover work already performed and are non-refundable once started.
Your assets
After cancellation, the domain and ad accounts remain yours. We can help you transfer access.
